LinkedIn plays a significant role as a recruitment tool. However, it stands out as a network of professionals who engage with LinkedIn more as a social media platform than merely a job board.
LinkedIn aimed to launch a major campaign in France focused on attracting potential recruiters from small and medium-sized companies. As the creative lead for this initiative, I developed concepts and scripts specifically tailored to the French market, considering socio-economic factors that differ significantly from those in the US market.
My work was crucial in establishing the right rationale, tone, and messaging to create scripts that resonated realistically and meaningfully with a French audience. taking into account socio-economic factors, different from the US market in every way.
